Directions: With dry hands, scoop out a pea size of scrub and apply to lips in a circular motion for 60 seconds. Let sit for 2 minutes for added moisture. Rinse with water, and pat dry. Follow up with your favorite lip moisturizer. Use 3-4 times a week for best results.
